1. Service scope
LULIAN AI connects Meta ad accounts, analyzes historical performance, generates ad content, presents it for human confirmation, and creates ad objects. The service creates Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads only in PAUSED status; it does not enable delivery or incur ad spend.
2. Account and authorization responsibilities
You must be authorized to act for each connected Business, ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, and WhatsApp Business number. Protect your credentials and select only assets belonging to the current project.
You may not use the service to access another party's assets, bypass Meta access controls, upload unlawful content, or provide false business, audience, destination, or payment information.
3. Human confirmation and ad status
Before creation, the service shows the selected account, creative, and intended operation. Meta is called only after explicit user confirmation. The result is based on the status read back from Meta; the system does not retry blindly when a network result is uncertain.
Before enabling delivery or changing budgets in Meta, users must recheck advertising policies, creative, audience, destination, payment settings, and applicable law.
4. Third-party platforms
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and the Meta Marketing API are provided by Meta and governed by Meta's terms. LULIAN AI does not control Meta service availability, advertising decisions, permission changes, or campaign results.
5. Data and privacy
We process Meta data under our Privacy Policy. Users may revoke Meta authorization at any time and request deletion through the dedicated channel in our Data Deletion Instructions.
6. Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We take reasonable measures to maintain security and availability, but do not guarantee continuous third-party API availability, content approval, or any specific advertising result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or third-party platform decisions.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend a connection or the service in response to unauthorized access, security risk, unlawful use, or a breach of these terms. Users may stop using the service, revoke Meta authorization, and request data deletion.
