Data Deletion Instructions

This page provides an actionable deletion channel, the information required, processing steps, and completion deadlines.

1. Stop future access immediately

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select LULIAN AI, and remove it. We can no longer obtain new Meta data through that authorization after removal. This does not replace a request to delete data already held on our servers.

2. Request deletion of server-side data

Use the link below to open an email with the required subject. Send it from your LULIAN AI sign-in email so we can verify the request:

Include the following in the email:

  • Your LULIAN AI sign-in email;
  • Your Facebook User ID, if known;
  • A Business ID, ad account ID, or project name (any one is enough);
  • Scope: delete all data, or only a specified project/Meta connection;
  • An email address where we can send the result.

Do not send a Facebook password, access token, verification code, or other login secret. A missing Facebook User ID will not cause rejection; we can verify the request using other project details.

3. Processing deadlines and receipt

  1. We acknowledge the request and issue a request ID within 3 business days.
  2. If verification is needed, we request only project or asset ownership information.
  3. Deletion is completed within 30 calendar days after identity or administrator access is verified.
  4. We send the result and request ID by reply email when complete.

4. Data covered by deletion

After verification, deletion covers:

  • Meta OAuth access tokens and connection state;
  • Ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram, and WhatsApp asset bindings;
  • Advertising performance snapshots and identifiable diagnostic results derived from them;
  • Related ad drafts, generated content, and identifiable execution receipts.

Deleted data cannot be restored in the product. If a legal obligation, dispute, or security investigation temporarily requires retention of a specific record, the receipt will state the category, basis, and expected end date. Retained data is isolated and not used for product functions.

5. Consistency with the Privacy Policy

This channel, the 3-business-day acknowledgement, and the 30-calendar-day completion deadline match our Privacy Policy. Reply to the email containing your request ID if you have questions about the result.
